I am Şebnem Emecan, proprietor of Pukka Art Pastry Arts Workshop and a connoisseur of cake-making. It is my passion to enhance the joy of your most cherished occasions with exquisite and natural cakes.

Baking is an integral part of my life. I regard each cake I craft as a masterpiece and specialise in creating bespoke cakes.

I exclusively use Belgian chocolates from the most esteemed brands in all my creations. My creams are meticulously produced from entirely natural, organic, and additive-free milk or organic fruits, ensuring even infants as young as six months can safely enjoy them. I eschew any additives detrimental to health, and I refrain from using products such as artificial jelly, sugar paste, or canned fruit. My cakes are made with fresh, organic, seasonal fruits. I do not utilise animal-based creams, favouring plant-based creams instead. Additionally, I am adept at producing delectable and healthy cakes that are completely oil-free.
